Apart from Emlyn Williams and Richard Llewellyn, their responses to the invitation to join the Academi have not been noted in this file.

The file also contains a letter from Chris O'Neill accepting membership of the Academi, and Sian James, accepting a seat on the section's executive committee.

A note on the typescript states that it was published by the Welsh National Centre for Children's literature although no publication could be located. Authors of various chapters include Raymond Garlick, Gwyn Thomas and Bedwyr Lewis Jones.
