Agreement to settle the dwelling-house called Druskoll, parish of Llowes, upon Catherine, Margarett, Mary and Elizabeth, infant daughters of the first party by Margarett his late wife, deceased, and nieces of the second party. [Once in this agreement the first party is called Watkin Parry. It would appear from No.264 of 8 Oct. 1762 that this was his real name].
