They include copies of the encouragements offered by Thomas Jones of Hafod to his own tenants, 1796, a cultivation records book from Gogerddan, 1918-1920, farming orders, various papers on land fertilisation and sheep farming, and printed catalogues for poultry appliances and seeds.

They comprise a returns form; circulars concerning the collection of evidence and sittings of the Commission in towns across Wales; queries as to agricultural rents in North Wales; the Welsh Land Commission extended form of syllabus and heads of inquiry; and the evidence of Edward Davies of Llandinam, and of David Owen Edwards given at the Town Hall, Aberystwyth, 1894.
