The volume, which is written throughout by William Owen [-Pughe], contains transcripts, probably from 'Llyfr Coch Hergest', and English translations of 'Pwyll Pendefig Dyfed' (pp. 11-79), 'Branwen ferch Llyr'(pp. 80-1153), and 'Manawydan fab Llyr' (pp. 154-217), with the beginning only of 'Math fab Mathonwy' (pp. 218-23).
