Salvation Army papers,

Copies of some thirty-five letters, 1884-1918, from various correspondents to Nellie Evans and to her husband, Jonah Evans, a Salvation Army Major. The original letters are housed in the Salvation Army Headquarters in London. For a volume containing a course of lectures delivered to Salvation Army Cadets, donated at the same time, see NLW MS ex 480.
