Assignment of lease for 21 years for £40 by Richard Hudson of Lantrissent, co. Glam., assigns, to Sir Edward Mansell of Margam, bart, assignee of the reversion of Phillip [Herbert], Earl of Pembroke, the royalties and benefits of minerals and coal mines, etc., in Landymore, Wybley, and Reynoldston, which lease was assigned by John Rumsey of the Inner Temple, London, assignee of William Bassett of Landymore, original lessee under the said Earl, on 24 Nov. 19665 [i.e. no. 4821].
