Articles Of Agreement whereby Jenkyn agrees that William Hanmer, his son and heir apparent, shall marry Elynor, daughter of the said Sir Thomas Hanmer, before the feast of Pentecost, 1524 if Elinor will agree and the church allow it: if the said Elinor dies before marriage and carnal copulation, then Jenkyn agrees that William, his son, will marry Jane, sister of the said Elinor; if Jane dies before marriage, then William is to marry Katrine another sister of the said Elinor; in any event the heir of Jankyn Hanmer is to marry a daughter of Sir Thomas: the said Jankyn agrees to settle lands in co.
