Deed Poll, whereby Daniel Halliday of Paris, France, MD, John McGregor Skinner of Holyhead, North Wales, a captain in the Royal Navy, and Holland Griffiths of Carraglydd in the isle of Anglesey, esq., - after reciting that Margaret Frank of Holyhead, but then of Passy, near Paris, France, widow, by her will, dated 1 Aug. 1827, bequeathed all her personalty to her trustees, the said Daniel Halliday, John McGregor Skinner, and Holland Griffiths, on trust (as to £2,000) for Robert Hayley Judd of Holyhead, a captain in the Royal Navy, for his life, with remainder to his wife, Susannah Judd, for her life, with remainder to their son, Robert Brereton Judd; that testatrix also bequeathed the following legacies to her nieces, namely, Ann Pelham Judd (dau. of the said Robert Hayley Judd, and Susannah, his wife), £2,500, Susannah Vickers Judd, £2,500, Margaret Hughes Judd, £2,500, Eleanor Beasley (dau. of Thomas Beasley of Dublin, esq., and Mary, his wife), £500, Mary Beasley £500, Emily Beasley, £1,000, and Margaret Beasley, £100, and to testatrix's nephews, Thomas Frank Judd, £500, Henry Beasley, £500, and Thomas Beasley, £500, such legacies to be invested by the said trustees until the legatees were 21 years old; that the said testatrix dec. Aug. 1827, and her will was proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury - declare that they hold £2,332.7.3 in 3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities on trust for the said Robert Haylay Judd for his life, with remainders as mentioned in the said will, and that they hold £1,3476.2.5 on trust for the legatees above mentioned, who are all under age.
