Indenture, being a lease for a year (so that a grant by release might be made) of the m. called Tir Ynis y Skryne, the ferry over the Wye called Kavan Twm bach, the m. and lands called Tyr y Garth, the m. called Tyr y Killye, the corn grist mill and one fulling or tucking mill at Tyr y Killye, and 3 closes called Coed Cae yssa, Coed cae Kenol, Coed cae ycha, all in p. Llandilo, co. Rad. Witnesses: David Thomas, Simon Lewis. Also a Deed, dated 30 July 1779, to make the said Hugh Bold tenant to a Praecipe for the purpose of suffering a recovery of the aforementioned lands in Llandilo.
