Bargain And Sale of four fields of land called Sudburies (30 a.) and a coppice or woodland (30 a.), both in p's Capel and Dorking (boundaries described), with liberty to make a use of a way from the common called Homewood to the said Sudburies, reserving the right of dower of Ellen wife of 1. (I) 1 is to have a parcel of new-grubbed meadow and a large and a small coppice lying on the south side of the said meadow, and about 2 a. of enclosed land in Sudburries.
