Disgrifiad archifol
Sir Samuel Thomas Evans Papers,
Rhagolwg argraffu Gweld:

J. Herbert Roberts to Evans,

Encloses memorandum [missing] from Lloyd George on the interview between Vaughan Williams, Lord Chancellor and Evans. If Evans cannot attend Tuesday meeting it will be impossible for the Commissioners to come to a decision Sir John Williams agrees with this view.

Evans to D. Lloyd George,

Has decided to resign from the Welsh Church Commission. Hears Fairbairn and Henry Jones have already done so and alternative members are being sought. Feels that this is the least inconvenient time to resign. Health is bad and could not stand the strain of more meetings.

Evans to D. Lloyd George [Copy],

Sends Lloyd George copies of correspondence [see nos. 79, 83, 86, 89, 92, 94, 96, 98 and 101]. Contains all letters except that from Lloyd George to Sir Henry Jones [see nos. 101/2/3] which was marked 'private'. Only wishes to disclose correspondence when it is advantageous.
