Letters, 1937, concerning a claim for damages by Morris T. Williams, managing director of Gwasg Gee, and his wife, Kate Roberts, against Periodical Press Ltd, following the allegedly defamatory reference to them in an article in the News Review, 21 January 1937, including two letters from I. Miscellaneous papers, 1936-1965, relating to the printing and publishing business of Messrs Gee and Son Ltd including an agreement, 1938, between them and Cambrian News (Aberystwyth) Ltd for the purchase of Baner ac Amserau Cymru and an inventory and valuation of the press, 1956, and of the property, 1965.

Printing accounts,

An account book of work done in the printing office of Messrs. Gee & Son, Denbigh, covering (with gaps) the period 1856-1876. The volume was subsequently used as a scrapbook, and contains printed reports and statements of the North Denbighshire Permanent Building Society ('Cymdeithas Adeiladu Barhaol Gogleddbarth Sir Ddinbych'), 1875-1877, 1881-1885, a printed list of sermons preached at the Calvinistic Methodist Quarterly Assembly at Denbigh, 17-20 June, 1879, and numerous press cuttings relating to the parliamentary election of 1868, the trial of the Tichborne claimant, 1868, political speeches of John Bright, M.P., etc.
