A volume containing preparatory notes for meetings of the Parochial Church Councils at Conway, Gyffin and Llandudno, 1954-1959; a volume containing a series of addresses delivered at a retreat for clergy of the diocese of St Davids, 1948, and subsequently used as the basis for a series of articles published in Y Llan, April-May 1975; an address on Cathedrals: a challenge delivered in 1966; notes and extracts taken by the donor from the log books of Llanllyfni British School, 1863-1945, Nantlle Board School, 1874-1947, Nebo Board School, 1873-1925, Penygroes Board School, 1873-1927, and Talysarn British School, 1863-1904; material relating to David W. Bateman (1898-1967) of Cardigan, the poet, including letters, 1937-1954 and n.d., from him to the donor, Christmas greeting cards from him to the donor with a poem by him printed on each one, and a signed copy of Through the Rainbow (Carmarthen, 1932) with one holograph and two printed poems and a photograph of the author pasted in; copies of a Dutch prayer book, Manna Voor de Jeugd, and a Book of Common Prayer in French (Londres, 1886); and miscellaneous printed items.

The items relate mainly to the donor's career and include correspondence and papers in connection with his appointment as vicar of Conwy, 1949, rector of Llandudno, 1956, archdeacon of Bangor, 1957, and dean of the cathedral church at Bangor, 1962; letters to and copies of letters from the donor while he held the above appointments and also as rector of Llanllyfni, 1938-1949, and rural dean of Arllechwedd, 1953-1957; correspondence and cuttings relating to Ffurfiau Ordeinio Holl Eglwysi Cymru o 1559 (Caerfyrddin, 1943); and cuttings of miscellaneous articles.
