Llanvair [Caereinion], reserving timber, the right to make sawpits and coalfires for the charcoaling of the same; covenants relating to repairs and husbandry. Annual rent: £31. Duties: a fat goose at Christmas, two fat pullets in lent and to keep a sporting dog.
