The dates of the deeds are: 1 and 2 September 1831, 15 and 16 July 1835, 15 and 16 January 1836, 13 and 14 April 1836. At the foot, an acknowledgment by J.LL. Plan, and survey, with acreage of "The field of A, 'above the Fish pond' adding together certain quillets; and of "The Wilderness and Fish pond". The owners are Mrs Wynne, Mr Pennant, and Mr. Sankey. With calculations respecting the taxes apportioned to each, etc.
