A copy of David Roberts, Gramadeg Cerddorol, yn gynwysedig mewn tair rhan (Bala, 1848), bound with two further sections of printed hymn-tunes and anthems taken from unidentified sources, and followed by a manuscript tune book (ff. 13 verso-40), second half of the nineteenth century, containing hymn-tunes, with some accompanying Welsh words.

A small group of holograph letters and papers from the library of John Jones, vicar of Nevern with Cilgwyn. They include letters from Thos. Evans, Llangoedmore, 1853 (the behaviour of 'an unworthy and notorious Parishioner' of the recipient's, etc.) (with a draft letter endorsed relating to tithe arrears), and J. Lewis, Yspytty, Wrexham, 1856 (the freight of a heifer from Swansea to Liverpool); an incomplete copy of a letter written from Nevern Vicarage, 1858 ('the Tryddyn business') (with stanzas of Welsh hymns endorsed); an estimate by Charles Davies, architect, 1852, of the repairs to be done to the Parsonage House of Nevern, with other buildings, fences, etc., on the glebe; etc.

An album compiled by John Lloyd James ('Clwydwenfro'), Congregational minister at March, Cambridgeshire, etc. The volume is almost wholly of Congregational interest, and relates for the most part to Glandwr Church, Pembrokeshire, and to the activities of John Davies ('Siôn Gymro' otherwise 'Siôn Llethi' otherwise 'Ioan Llethi'), who was ordained minister of the church in 1827. A tune book of Griffith Williams, Griolen, Llanuwchllyn, containing songs, hymn-tunes, and anthems. Eight of the compositions are attributed, seven to J. D. Jones, Ruthin, and one to E. S. Jones. Two of the compositions are written to words by Samuel Roberts ('S. R.'), Llanbryn-mair, and one to words by (Lewis (or Llewelyn?) Edwards] 'Llewelyn Twrog'.

A collection of two hundred and eleven numbered, but unattributed, hymns ('Casgliad o Hymnau ar amriw achosion'), with a few additions in a later hand. At the end are a list of subjects of the hymns ('Crynhoad O Destynau yr Hymnau') and a metrical table ('Eglurhad O hydau'r Tonau . . .').

A collection of holograph 'cerddi', 'carolau', 'emynau', 'penillion', and 'englynion', being an incomplete press copy of William Edwards ('Gwilym Padarn'): Eos Padarn (Llanrwst, 1829). The volume contains one poem not included in the printed work, namely 'Cerdd, Diolchgarwch i'r Cadpen Jones, a'r Dinas Llanwyndaf, am hen ddillad i Owen Williams, (Owen Llanddeiniolen) . . .'.

A volume of holograph sermons by Robert Jones, Baptist minister, Llanllyfni, co. Caernarvon. One of the sermons is dated at his home at Ochr y Foel, 29 January 1883. Also included in the volume are two hymns and a catechism. At the beginning is a list of contents ('Cynnwysiad').

An anonymous music book containing unattributed hymn-tunes.

A note-book possibly in the hand of the Reverend John Evans, Baptist minister, best known as John Evans, Abercannaid, Merthyr. The contents consist entirely of sermon notes, 1827-1829 and undated. Inset are loose items, including a note addressed by D. Rhys Stephen, from Abertawy, to the Reverend John Evans, [18]31 (accompanying a copy of a three-stanza hymn by John Morris, headed 'Hymn dduwiol a gyfansoddwyd i'r Parch. Mr. Davies, Alltwen'), and further sermon notes, [18]44 and [18]67, bearing the initials 'J.E.'., or the signature 'John Evans'.

A volume containing two hundred and seventy numbered hymns (four-stanza sections of longer hymns, in some instances, being numbered as one hymn), ? by, and in the hand of, Thomas Williams [weaver, hymn-writer, and lay preacher], of Rhes-y-Cae, Flintshire. Some of the hymns are annotated, ? to denote the specific occasion for which they were written, e.g., 'Dydd ympryd, 1831 Ionawr 19' (No. 18); 'Cyfansoddwd [sic] ar [a]mser pla yn y flwyddyn 1834' (Nos 19-20 ); 'Jubili yr ysgol sabothol yn y flwyddyn 1831' (No. 61); '. . . iw chanu wrth gychwyn corff Meistres Owens tu ar bedd, sef gwraig y Parch. A volume containing 'englynion' and other poems mainly by Robert Davies ('Bardd Nantglyn'). Pages 1-60 are almost entirely in the hand of Robert Davies while the remainder of the volume is in that of William Owen [-Pughe]. In addition to the works of Robert Davies, some of which were published in his Diliau Barddas (Dinbych, 1827), the following poets are represented in the volume: W.O. [?William Owen-Pughe] (pp. 2-3), R. B. Clough (p. 86), W. Lleyn (p. 102), and ?Gwallter Mechain, [Walter Davies] (p. 125). Yn rhydd yn y gyfrol ceir copi o bryddest yn dwyn y teitl 'Gerddi y Beibl' gan ac yn llaw Robert Jones ('Meigant'), a ddyfarnwyd yn ail orau yn Eisteddfod Aberhosan, Nadolig 1880, ynghyd â beirniadaeth gan ac yn llaw Richard Davies ('Cyfeiliog') = A nineteenth century draft of a Welsh Baptist hymn book, containing manuscript and typescript hymns by Joseph Harris ('Gomer'), William Rees ('Gwilym Hiraethog'), Morgan Rhys, William Williams, Pantycelyn, Christmas Evans, Titus Lewis, James Spinther James, Ann Griffiths, Benjamin Francis and others, all of which are pasted into the volume. There are also translations into Welsh, some by Gethin Davies, of hymns by Isaac Watts, Charles Wesley, Bernard of Clairvaux, James Montgomery, Sarah Flower Adams and others. Loose in the volume is a copy of an autograph pryddest entitled 'Gerddi y Beibl' by Robert Jones ('Meigant'), judged second best at Aberhosan Eisteddfod, Christmas 1880, together with an autograph adjudication by Richard Davies ('Cyfeiliog').
