[Dol y Gorllan]. A memorandum of quantities relating to certain lands called Deheyfryn, Carei, Glan yr Afon, Dolgoch, Snottyn, Tecca, Carci, more, and Llyn Llowen, with dues on charges thereon. Stone crest. Folded in a blank printed form relating to taxes on male servants, horses, etc. for the year ending 5 April, 1796. [Dol y Gorlan]. Plan, and survey, with acreage of "The field of A, 'above the Fish pond' adding together certain quillets; and of "The Wilderness and Fish pond". The owners are Mrs Wynne, Mr Pennant, and Mr. Sankey. With calculations respecting the taxes apportioned to each, etc.

Schedule of Deeds relating to the Title of William Hanmer, esq., to certain Messuages situate in the Parish of Eglwysfach, co. Denbigh, deposited with John Lloyd Wynne, esq., of Coed Coch, for securing the sum of Six Thousand three Hundred and Ninety-six Pounds Trust money and Interest. The dates of the deeds are: 1 and 2 September 1831, 15 and 16 July 1835, 15 and 16 January 1836, 13 and 14 April 1836. At the foot, an acknowledgment by J.LL. Wynne aforesaid that he will keep safely the above mentioned deeds and restore them to the said W. Hanmer, etc., upon payment of the mortgage money. Signed. Attested by William Lewis.

Copy of certificate of the burial of John Jones in the churchyard of West Cross, in November 1834, by William Paul Dawson, of Kilmore Erris, 30 September 1844, with his declaration made before Edward Chine, J.P. for Mayo, 4 October, 1844. Also, a declaration by Hannah Hall as to the death of her brother, John Jones.

Mortgage by John Lloyd Wynne the elder of Coed Coch, co. Denbigh, esq., and John Lloyd Wynne the younger of the same, esq., to Margaretta Twiston of Henllan Place in the town of Denbigh, widow, of their Estates of Teyrdan and Plas Ucha, same co., to secure the sum of £5000 and interest, subject to conditions of redemption. Indented Deed made between (i) William Evans late of Rhos march, Parish of Bettws Abergeley, co. Denbigh, now of Talar, Parish of St. Asaph, co. Flint, gentleman, and Catherine his wife; (ii) Robert Evans of Gwyndu Ucha, same co., their son, and (iii) John Wynn of Coed Coch, co. Denb., Esq., being a grant or release, as an annuity and settlement of the messuage, lands, etc., called Gwyndu Ucha and other lands (for which see no. 2885) in trust, to the said John Wynn, subject to certain specified uses and conditions. Bargain and sale by Gabriell Goodman of Ruthin, co. Denbigh gentleman, to Piers Johnes of Llanvorocke, same co., Corvicer, for the sum of £26 of a messuage or burgage wherein Ieuan ap John Wynne, corvicer, dwells, in Morocke Street in the town of Ruthin, between the messuage of Sampson ap John ap Edward on the E., that of John ap William ap Reignoalde on the W., Morocke Street on the S. and land of Harry Ashpoole on the N., and yearly rents of 11sh. 8d. and 7sh. in the said street. Signed by Gabriell Goodman. Seal, a device consisting of a wheel with five spokes, ? a spinning wheel, between the initial letters P. G. and two mullets. Endorsed with 1. memorandum of an interlineation, ii. do of seisin, iii. do. of attorntnment to purchaser by payment of sixpence. Bond of Robert Davies the elder of Llanganhavall, co. Denb., gentleman, and Robert Davies the younger, of the same, to Robert Parry of Hollywell, co. Flint, gentleman, in the sum of five hundred pounds, to secure due payments and covenants to be carried out in accordance with the term of a grant, etc. to be made between them (I) the said R. Davies the elder, Jane his wife, and R. Davies the younger, and (II) William Morris of the same, and (III) the said R. Parry (see no. 2119). Signed and sealed. Mark of R. D. the younger.
