Letter Of Attorney from Richard Jenkins of Hensoll, esq., to Mary Thomas , Richard Howell, Evan William, Thomas William, Thomas Thomas, and Lewelin Thomas empowering them at the Court Baron of the manor of Coyty Wallia to surrender to the lord of the manor certain lands, viz., a messuage and customary lands called Ton Llikie, Y Kaie Bach otherwise Bryndy [ ], and a messuage and customary lands called Pentre Cagal including Kae Gwynn, Y Kae kenol, Yr Hendre, Y Kae ych lawr ty, Y Wain vach, two messuages and lands including Kae Evan Leia, Y Wain Goch, and Brincethin, and lands in the parish of St Brides Minor in a close called Kae Iofan Leia wherein Rees Hopkin, late of Wern y Tarw in the parish of Coychurch, gent., deceased, was seised, and also a messuage, lands, etc., called Tir Evan Jenkin otherwise Y Tir hir yn y wain, and lands including the close called the Croft and other lands in the parish of Coychurch in which William Thomas of Trebryn in the parish of Coychurch, deceased, was seised, to the intent that the lord of the manor admit Edward Treharne of Cystylle, parish of Llantrissent, thereto. And Copy Court Roll recording the said surrender and admission.
