Mer., the Abbey of Bardesey, co. Caern., and the College or Priory of St Peters in Ruthin, co. Denb. Recites that Sir Pattrick Murray, Sir James Oughterlony and John Murray were granted by the crown £10,000 to be levied from the arrears of all rents which were in charge or in super before any of the auditors of the Exchequer or Duchy and no part thereof answered between 1583 and 26 July 1607 and the arrears due in 1609; that Sir Pattrick Murray, Sir James Oughterlony and John Murray have deputed John Gay, gent., to be their agent to prosecute the said business; that Robert Lloyde, gent., has undertaken to discover certain of the arrears due to the Crown and passed by the said grant to the said patentees.

Flint, gent., for 500 yrs as trustees to levy the sum of £1,000 for the portion of his youngest daughter, Margaret Griffith, and towards the payment of his debts, which said articles of agreement contain an article to impower him to dispose of the timber growing on the property to pay his debts, he bequeaths the sum of £700 to his daughter, Margaret Griffith, and £300 to pay his debts, and all the timber upon the property to Edward Pennant and John Lloyd of Caerwys, co. Flint, gent's, to dispose of to pay his debts. The residue of his estate to be divided between his dau's, Mary and Margaret. Copy.
