Recites the lease of 1 August 1846 (no. 401); that 2 contracted with 1 for the sale of the leasehold for £400 and the purchase money was paid but no assignment was made; that 1 has agreed with 3 for the sale and the assignment shall be made by 2; and the licence by Henry Charles FitzRoy Duke of Beaufort to David Thomas to assign, 1864 (endorsed on no. 401)
