Case, with the opinion of Lancelot Shadwell, Lincoln's Inn, as to whether Mrs. Clough of Glanywern, co. Denb., will be compellable to complete a purchase notwithstanding a claim made by Mr. Kenrick on the grounds of the insufficiency of the late Mr. Carter Thelwall's residence at Bathafarn.
