Bundle of letters, mainly to Sir Charles Philipps, but also to Lady Philipps and H. L. Lowe, including relating to Slebech School, bird protection literature from the Humanitarian League, the Pembrokeshire Fox Hunt, the Pembrokeshire County Club, the Pembroke Hunt Steeplechase and the Land-Owners' Association of South Wales and Monmouthshire. Also appeals for subscriptions to church restoration funds for Llanwrda, Martletwy and Llanfyrnach, Lamphrey vicarage, and augmenting the benefice at Llangynllo. Also a personal appeal from the missioner at Troedrhiwfuwch, co. Mon., an anonymous letter about the feeling against the Conservatives at Haverfordwest, and Sir Charles Philipp's optician's prescription.

Bill Of Complaint of Sir Erasmus Phillipps of Acton, bart., addressed to the Lords Commissioner for the custody of the Great Seal of England against Dame Katherine Phillips, widow of Sir Richard Phillipps, deceased, father of the orator, and James Phillipps of Tregibbye; co. Cardigan, esq., concerning the pretended will of the said Sir Richard Phillipps (died 1647) whereby he had charged the mannors of Llandowrer and Court Mallet, co. Carmarthen, with legacies to his daughters Elizabeth and Anne and Frances Phillipps, daughter of the said James Phillipps, and the personal estate of the testator.
