A bound volume endorsed 'Addresses and Essays by Ellis W. Davies', and containing offprints of articles and political notes, 1907-25, written by EWD, together with other items, including copies of his election address (in Welsh) to the electors of the Eifion division in the General Election of January 1910 and of the return of his election expenses in the same Election. There are also copies of his election addresses to the electors of Denbighshire in the 1923 and 1924 General Elections.

A file of printed items, mainly 1931-2, concerning the Bill, including drafts and texts of the measure in English and Welsh, circulars, programmes and agenda of meetings. The file also includes a small number of printed items, 1885-1929, of relevance to the preparation of the measure.

Many of these letters are replies to correspondence listed in files 41-5.

A substantial group of correspondence, 1928-32, relating to the affairs of the Calvinistic Methodist denomination in Wales, primarily the preparation and drafting of the 1933 Bill.

A volume containing a list of polling stations and parishes within the Eifion division of Caernarfonshire (Caernarfonshire South), with the numbers of parliamentary electors and the names of the secretaries of the local Liberal Associations for 1912.

Articles [as in 38] and galley proofs of a book to be published by Llyfrau'r Dryw in 1946, being a shortened version of 'Pobl a Phethau 1906-36' and edited by EWD's son-in-law, Sir Ben Bowen Thomas. This book was not published.
