Seven volumes containing several hundred letters, 1867-1916, most of them addressed to Daniel Davies, Ton, Ystrad, Glamorgan. Among the numerous correspondents, many of whom were Calvinistic Methodist ministers, are Ben Bowen, David Charles Davies, W. D. Miscellaneous papers including 'Hanes dechreuad y Genhadaeth yn Penybont yn 1826' by Ebenezer Williams 'Penillion ar Ymadawiad John Lewis ... a'i deulu i Patagonia', notes of a sermon delivered by William Evans (Tonyrefail) at Jerusalem, Ton, August 11, 1878, and circular letters and leaflets relating to various religious and political activities mainly in the Rhondda district of Glamorgan.
