Plaintiff's Case as delivered to the Master of the Rolls for his pronouncement in a suit between Sir Edward Mansell, Bart., the plaintiff, and Rawleigh Mansell, esquire, defendant, concerning portions of the Mansell estate in the county of Carmarthen, and in particular concerning the Achty mill. Then follows the decree of the Master of the Rolls, and the confirmatory opinions of the Chief Baron, the Chief Justice and the Lord Chancellor. English. Copy.

  1. Elizabeth Lloyd, widow and relict of Thomas Lloyd late of Derwith in the county of Carmarthen esquire;. 2. Thomas Pritchard of the parish of Landebye in the same county, yeoman. Lease for the term of the natural lives of the said Thomas Pritchard, Rebecka Pritchard, and Anne Pritchard his daughters, of a messuage called Langwit vane except three fields called clothie wr dwr, cae da Llowd, and cae dda Hwllo, lying in the parish of Landebye. The annual rent is thirty one pounds to be paid at specified terms, one pound and one shilling in lieu of a heriot, one shilling at Michaelmas or carrying two horse-loads of coal to the capital messuage of the said Elizabeth Lloyd called Deriwth, two pullets at Christmas or one shilling in lieu thereof, and all chief rents, rates, and tanes charged upon the said premises. The endorsement recites an agreement made between the same parties on 14 July 1751 by which Elizabeth Pritchard takes Cadahoolls and Cadalwyd jointly with Langwith vane at a yearly rent of five pounds five shillings as from Michaelmas last past.
