Flint, (executors of James Pemberton, deceased,) and Honoratus Leigh Thomas of Pwllycrochan, near Mochdrai, co. Denbigh, esq., by the direction of William Pemberton of Hawarden, yeoman, to Peter Dummert of Hawarden, butler of Sir Stephen Richard Glynne, bart., of a parcel of land (2r. 3p.) in the township of Broughton in the parish of Hawarden, co. Flint, formerly allotted out of waste land in the said township to Honoratus Leigh Thomas, and by him conveyed to the said James Pemberton, deceased; together with two cottages, etc., erected thereon.
