Receipt of Henry Hardinge Samuel Cunynghame, Francis Hamilton Wedgwood and Frederick Verney (the trustees of the marriage settlement of Josiah Clement Wedgwood and Ethel Kate Bowen) that the Birkenhead Railway shares and consolidated stock were transferred to them by the trustees of the marriage settlement of Charles Synge Christopher, lord Bowen, and Emily Francis, his wife.

Mont., gent., and Mary, his wife (which said Sarah and Mary are the daughters and co-heirs of Joseph Buckley, late of Coed y Weeg, p. Llandysul, co. Mont., gent. dec.). 3 John Howe of Bishop's Castle, co. Salop, mercer and grocer. Caern., clerk. Assignment Of Mortgage of m's and lands called Ty tan y Graig (21a.) and Tyddyn y gwr llwyd (22a.) in p. Llangyniew, co. Denb. from 2, at the request of 1, to 3 for £400 in order to pay the remainder of the sum of £800 which is still owing from no 1871. Recites no. 1871 and that Robert William Wynne died, 30 Nov. 1842, and by his will, 5 June 1841, he appointed 2 as his sole executor, and that 1 wants to pay off the £800 owing to 2 as executor of the said Robert William Wynne. 1 has obtained half of the sum owing and has applied to 3 for the remainder.
