Wants to resolve dispute at his Press as to whether Evans wanted to introduce a Religious Census Clause into the Census Bill of 1891 or not? Remembers suggesting to Evans at Llandrindod Wells in 1890 that he should take up the Disestablishment question. 'I fear now Lloyd George has stolen it from you and that he will become the next Welsh Leader'. Marked 'private and confidential'.
