The commonplace book of Mary Richards, Darowen, [c. 1875], containing numerous stanzas and a few poems. A list of tunes which were apparently in her possession is also included. The volume agrees with the description given to MS 241 in the Handlist of Cwrtmawr MSS. The volume of Welsh airs referred to in that Handlist, along with No. 241, is possibly now AH1/28.
Mainly psalm tunes, occasionally with words by Edmwnd Prys, and anthems. A saying in verse relating to the weather appears on the inside of the back cover.
