Marriage Settlement - in consideration of a marriage between the said Thomas Parry and Jaen, one of the dau's of the said Erasmus Price, and of £55 marriage portion - of the m. and appurtenances called Tey and Tyr yn y Kaie, otherwise Tyr merch Ievan Tewe, and a close of land of 15 a. called Tyr Maen Lloyd in Llanstephan upon Thomas Parry and Jaen, his then wife, for life, with remainder to their heirs.
