Mer. (tenants named), reserving only that fifth of the sixth share of W.W (infant), and an Agreement by all the parties, especially 2, that 3 will stand seised of the residue of the term of 99 years from the previous mortgage in trust to attend the inheritance for 4. Consideration: £400. Recites a mortgage dated 9 Jan. 1778 and an assignment, 12 June 1792 (see recitals, no. 368); nos. 366-8; that £400 still remains owing to 1; that 2 has applied to 4 for the £400 to repay 1 and a further sum of £100, making a total of £500 at 5% interest.
