Lucenia Hanii (sic)

In 'A Wider Sky' (Gomer, 1991) on page 190 KW writes of his time in Tierra del Fuego "... I saw a delicate pink flower with grey-green leaves. It looked like a Fuegian edelweiss. I took a photograph of it that later appeared in an atlas of wildlife. Its name was Lucenia hanii."

Embothrium, Futalaufquen

This is believed to be a print prepared for the exhibition “Lluniau o Batagonia” held at Llangefni Central Library in 1982. The title is taken from the catalogue for this exhibition

[Horses, Cwm Hyfryd]

In the foreground are a mass of flowers, possibly Oxeye daisies (Leucanthemum vulgare). Beyond them two horses are grazing in the middle distance. On the horizon can be seen Gorsedd y Cwmwl. This is a variant of 4690/289.
