WAAM promotional material,

Printed items used to raise awareness of the aims of the Wales Anti-Apartheid Movement (WAAM) and to promote its activities, comprising leaflets, flyers, cards and stickers. Also includes some preparatory artwork and lists of members of the House of Commons, the Wales TUC, Cardiff City Council, the Welsh Diplomatic Service and various political parties including Plaid Cymru and the Welsh LIberal Democrats. Many items are undated.

Leaflets and pamphlets produced by a wide range of groups supporting anti-apartheid initiatives including the United Nations, the Commonwealth Secretariat, Christian Aid, UNESCO, the Mozambique Angola Committee, the International Defence Aid Fund (IDAF), Action Aid, and the Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU), amongst others.

Small number of notes in the hand of Hanef Bhamjee on Southern African, [1980x1990], and Palestinian/Arab issues, 1970-1975. Some notes are based on earlier texts. Also includes draft text and annotations on the historical background and chronology of South Africa.
