The accounts down to 1700 are returned by David Thomas and John Hughes, and after that year new names appear - Hurdman, Harris and Lewis. The returns are made on slips of paper several times a month and particulars are generally given of the purpose of the licences and of the parties to whom they are issued. There are several gaps, the largest being between 1702 and 1705. The papers are arranged in a chronological order.
