A continuation of the accounts preserved in MS 90, from Sept. 1693 to Nov. 1701, and rent rolls of the same properties from 1692 to 1699.

Accounts for building and repairs,

Accounts of repairs at Cae-pant [Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant], 1698; report on the ruinous condition of Glantanat, with plan, 1815; accounts of building work at Penllan, Llansilin, 1860-1861, the latter wrapped in an annotated letter concerning mineral rights; and a list of boundary stones set up on the manor of Cynllaith [Owain] between land belonging to Sir Watkin Williams Wynn, Chirk Castle estate and Lord Powis, 1818.

Title deeds for properties in the townships of Ackley and Gwnnley in the lordship of Teirtref, rented and purchased by Nicholas Purcell of Shrewsbury, 1539-1541; land in Middletown comprised in family settlements of Gittin ap David ap Phelip 1541; the Whore Ryver, Middletown, leased by Thomas Purcell, 1607; the manor of Teirtref, purchased by Rychard Purcell from Sir Rowland Heyward, 1573-1577; Ty yn y Glyn in Middletown, and other properties leased by Thomas and Edward Purcell, 1611-1617; and a feoffment by Edward Lewis of Dudson, Salop, to John Higgons of Winsbury, of the manor of Teirtref and properties in Wolston or Pen-y-lan and Llanbryn-mair, 1659.

Includes probates of the will (made 1722) of John Muckleston of Bickton, 1723, and Edward Stephens of Bishop’s Castle, 1765; and a lease to Sir Watkin Williams Wynn of the pool of White Mere, a boat cage and fishery in Colemere, 1732.
