Miscellaneous papers, including notes by A. G. Gilchrist on songs which appeared in the third volume of the Journal; and a few songs and tunes from various manuscript and printed sources, mainly in J. Lloyd Williams's hand.

Autographs and photographs

A volume of autographs, greetings and verses, 1901-1920, presented to J. Lloyd Williams by members of Bangor University Welsh Company ('Cwmni Cymreig Coleg y Brifysgol, Bangor') in recognition of the pleasure and experience which they had received during performances of Aelwyd Angharad and Cadifor, 1901-1902. Four photographs, apparently relating to performances of Aelwyd Angharad, are also included.

'Canu'r Cysegr'

Preparatory notes for lectures and addresses on congregational singing, including material relating specifically to the Gymanfa Ganu and to the conducting of congregational singing. A few notes relating to conducting in general are also included.

Religious services

Papers, 1932-1944, relating to the broadcasting of religious services, including the venues of broadcasts and lists of hymns to be sung. Minutes of the Welsh Religious Advisory Council and a few items relating to the broadcasting of Welsh programmes by the BBC are also included.

Folk songs

Scripts of broadcasts, 1941, by J. Lloyd Williams on musical topics, some including related contracts and correspondence. The titles include 'Caneuon Gwerin: Cyngerdd'; a series entitled 'Music of Britain: Wales', including 'The Origin of the Welsh Folk Song Movement'; 'Welsh Chords' (contract only); 'Canu'r Eisteddfod' (contract only); 'The Music of the National Eisteddfod during the last 40 years' / 'Cerddoriaeth yr Eisteddfod Genedlaethol yn ystod y Deugain Mlynedd Diwethaf'; 'Hela Alawon' and 'Hela Hen Ganeuon'. A radio script, dated 11 March 1938, of a discussion between E. Morgan Humphreys and J. Lloyd Williams on Welsh folk songs is also included, together with a typescript copy of a list of suggestions for broadcasts.
