A music manuscript [c.1800]-1898, possibly from Waunfawr, Caerns., containing various hymn-tunes, anthems and psalm tunes by James Mills, Llanidloes, and others, beginning in a hand c.[1800] and twice inscribed in another hand 'February 1898'. One of the pages bears the inscription 'William Jones'.

Tune book, 1823-9, compiled by Juliana Isabella Mary Pennant (1808-42) of Penrhyn Castle, co. Caernarfon, first wife of Edward Gordon Douglas-Pennant, first baron Penrhyn of Llandegai, containing contemporarily fashionable music, mostly dances, a few songs (words in English, French and Italian). The only Welsh tune is 'Sweet Richard' (p. 19). Includes two nursery songs, 'Anthony Rowley' (p. 34) and 'Little Bo Peep' with words (p. 35). The sources are noted for some pieces, e.g. 'Llanidan ... 1826' (pp. 37 and 38), 'C. Ma C. St Petersburg ... 1829' (p. 69).

Cynhwysa'r gyfrol donau, a rhai anthemau, a nodwyd gan Thomas John, 1820-1825 (ff. 39-106), a William Jenkins, 1824-1852 (ff. 57-255), rai ohonynt yn dwyn geiriau. Rhwymwyd yn y gyfrol hefyd hyfforddwr cerddorol Saesneg printiedig o 32 tt., [1818x1820], yn dwyn y teitl 'The Vocal Preceptor' (ff. 17-33). = The tune-book of William Jenkins, Blaenbarthen, parish of Llangoedmor, Cardiganshire, who is named as a 50 year old mason in the Census of 1851. The volume contains hymn-tunes, and some anthems, noted by Thomas John, 1820-1825 (ff. 39-106) and William Jenkins, 1824-1852 (ff. 57-255), some accompanied by texts. Bound in the volume is a 32 pp. English printed musical instruction manual, [1818x1820], entitled 'The Vocal Preceptor' (ff. 17-33).
