Recites that by an indenture (dated 21 July 1674) a power was reserved for Richard Anwill to limit the property for a term not exceeding 14 yrs, to commence after the death of Richard Anwill and Ellin his wife, subject to the proviso that if Ellin survives Richard Anwill, and if she pays £200 to such person or persons to whom Richard Anwill should limit the property for 14 yrs, then the said term is to be void; that by his will (1 July 1681) Richard Anwill disposed the property for the term of 14 yrs after the death of Ellin to his 2 sisters, Elizabeth and Anne Anwill, and that Elizabeth Anwill survived Anne Anwill; that Elizabeth Anwill by her will (27 July 1700) devised the said term of 14 yrs to Evan Lloyd of Crosshockin, co. Denb., gent., and 1, in trust for her nieces, Catherine and Margaret Lloyd, two of the dau's of his sister, Barbara Lloyd, and if the £200 should be paid, it is to be divided between Catherine Lloyd and Margaret Lloyd; that Ellin wife of Richard Anwill, and Evan Lloyd are dead, and the benefit of the term of 14 yrs is vested in 1 in trust for his 2 sisters, Catherine Lloyd and Margaret Lloyd.
