Interspersed amongst the above items are miscellaneous Welsh verse, lists or groups of Welsh words often with English definitions or explanatory notes, grammatical or etymological notes, etc. In one instance notes have been written on the blank sides of an incomplete copy of Herbert Croft's printed proposals, 1792, for publishing an English dictionary based upon that of Samuel Johnson, and in another on the blank verso of a broadsheet containing a copy of a Latin inscription found in the parish of Gelligaer, co. Glamorgan, with a Welsh translation thereof.

A facsimile manuscript in two parts mostly in the hand of William Watkin Edward Wynne. The first part comprises copies (some printed) of charters, public records, deeds, pedigrees, poetry, etc. of Merionethshire and Caernarvonshire interest, some of which are taken from transcripts made by Robert Vaughan, Hengwrt. The material includes records and pedigrees relating to the Wynn family of Peniarth; notes on the Maurice and Owen families of Clenennau, Penmorfa, Caernarvonshire, with related deeds possibly in the hand of William Maurice of Llansilin; deeds relating to the Porkington estate; an extent of the commote of Eifionydd, 1352; an extract from the Coroner's Rolls for Merionethshire, 1345; charters of Castell y Bere and Harlech Castle; pedigrees of Madog ap Dafydd of Hendwr, Llandrillo, Merionethshire; an ode to Einion ap Gruffydd of Corsygedol by Gruffudd Gryg; odes to Dafydd ab Ieuan ab Einion by Guto'r Glyn and Dafydd Nanmor; letters addressed to W. W. E. Wynne, the correspondents including Walter Davies ('Gwallter Mechain'); etc. The second part is also mostly in the hand of W. W. E. An album of annotated autographs, photographs and engravings, printed matter, press cuttings, etc., compiled during the years 1858-1881. The volume is almost entirely devoted to persons who were prominent in the literary and musical life of Wales during this period, and it appears from internal evidence to have been well known to the compiler's friends and contemporaries. The autographs are largely in the form of personal entries, recorded mainly at national and other eisteddfodau, but there are also a number of mounted holograph letters, 'cut-out' signatures from holograph letters, and franks.
