Whittington, Wind Street, Neath, used to record earmarks and pitch-marks, together with a few muzzle-marks, relating to large tracts of counties Brecon, Cardigan and Radnor, and parts of counties Carmarthen and Montgomery. These particulars, relating to over five hundred farms and sheep-walks, were compiled by Thomas John Davies, Carreglwyd, Pontrhydfendigaid, co. Cardigan.

A manuscript armorial of English and Welsh families entitled The nomenclature or Heralds Alphabett of Surnames, A-K (vol. I), with additional notes by Peter Le Neve (1661-1729), Norroy King at Arms. Painted coat-of-arms have been affixed to the manuscript at relevant points throughout the work.
Two notebooks relating to choirs in Llandybïe, Carmarthenshire, conducted by D. J. Griffiths, father of the donor, including lists of members of the tonic sol-fa class, 1902, and the children's choir, 1903; reports on the performances of the various choirs, 1903-1917; minutes of meetings and accounts of the United Choir, 1906-1907; together with programmes of local eisteddfodau, 1917, in which the choir took part.
Two volumes containing manuscript music, 1809-1828, one inscribed within by 'Mary Madocks, alias Williams, Vron-Iw, October 1809', and two volumes of printed music, one of which belonged to Mrs Henry Laird, inscribed within by 'Jessie Laird, 1879', and bearing the initials 'J.L.', and the other bearing the bookplate of Mrs Mevekson-Sandbach. One manuscript copy and a printed copy has 'Mrs Williams, 1822' written on their covers.

Sermons preached at Cerrigydrudion, 1721, Llanycil, 1726-1734, and Llanrhaiadr-ym-Mochnant, 1736-1745, probably by Peter Powell, canon of St. Asaph, rector of Llanycil, 1725-1735, and of Llanrhaiadr, 1735-1747. At a later date, 1749-1763, they were delivered at Llanymynech.
