Monithuslon, one m. in Coychurch called Drevach, a decayed m. called Quarry house with 64 a. of land in Coyty commonly called Quarry and woodmill lands, one m. and a stall adjoining the woodmill lands, five other m's with lands belonging adjoining the said woodmill lands, a m. of 100 a. called Caner, 4 a. of meadow land in gwaine y Que, one m. and one a. of land in the possession of Morgan Evan, 2 a. of woodland in the possession of Edmond Gamage, 3 a. of meadow in gwain y Ryd ddu, one a. of meadow in wayn newith, one m. and 2 a. of land in the possession of William Trevor, all of which are in p's Coychurch and St Brides Minor.
