On the trial of the cause between the lessee of Mr Gwynne of Buckland and Maddy in the Breconshire spring sessions, 1807, it was agreed that the lessor should have land in def[endan]t's close called Foesddu; deeds of exchange were then prepared; Maddy has refused to pay the rent to Prichard of Tredommen Court as the agreement was not on stamp; recipient is requested to direct him to pay the rent.
