Letter from George Holcome, Pulchrohon, to [the bishop of St. Davids]. Mr. Evan Griffiths and the bishop's tenant Mr. Lewis of Henllan has been with the writer about the renewal of a lease of Henllan lands. Some doubt about the acreage thereof. Told them that the see of St. Davids had been so grossly pillaged and plundered by the Episcopal tenants that the reflection gave him trouble whenever he thought of it. Refers to advertisements in the press about contributions by the laity and clergy at the arch-deaconries of St. David and Cardigan.
