Papers relating to a suit between William Hughes, plaintiff, and Charlotte Myddelton Biddulph, widow, Thomas Edward Ward and John Hughes, defendants, concerning a lease of the Black Park Colliery in the parish of Chirk. The colliery was by agreement to be lease by Mrs. Myddelton Biddulph to William Hughes with effect from Sept. 1825 but possession had been withheld from Mr. Hughes. See also F 10533-10554.
