Appoints John ap Harr' ap Kyn', Sir Robart ap M'dyth, Edward Penna[n]t apris ap Ll', Elys ap John ap Ithell to be overseers of his children. Wills that his wife, Annes, together with his children shall occupy his house and lands as long as she is unmarried, and that a close called Gwrne Onnen be restored to Genet vz Rys or her son, they paying his heirs £6. Wills that a rental be given for the souls of his father, mother, brethren, and all Christians, and that a man be hired to go on a pilgrimage ('pylyremayche') to Saynt Davydd for his soul. Bequests of money to the Parish Church of Holywell to buy a banner, to the Friars of Rudland and of Denbyngh, and to the 'Rode Werke of the Mowld'.
