The score consists of parts based on the rhymes 'Blow, Wind, Blow' (dated 23 May 1966); 'Wine and Cakes' (dated 24 May 1966); 'Peter' (dated 23 May 1966); 'Terence McDiddler' (dated 26 May 1966); 'Tommy Trot' (dated 26 May 1966); 'Three a-bed' (dated 5 June 1966); 'Pipe, Cat' (dated 5 June 1966); 'Grey Goose' (dated 8 June 1966); 'Barber' (dated 7 June 1966); and 'Four Winds' (dated 8 June 1966). Opus 22: Clarinet Concertino (facsimile)

Facsimile copy of ink score, dated September-October 1965, titled Opus 22: 'Clarinet Concertino'. The score was originally commissioned by the BBC, 1965, and includes parts for clarinets 1 and 2, flutes 1 and 2, oboe, bassoon, horns 1 and 2, trumpets 1 and 2, trombones 1 and 2, timpani, percussion, violins 1 and 2, viola, cello, and bass.

The work was a testpiece for the International Competition for Violinists, 1966.

Opus 17: Variations for Clarinet and Piano

Original ink scores with pencilled notes inside the cover and pencil annotations, containing two versions of Opus 17: ‘Variations for Clarinet and Piano’ (dated February-11 April 1963), and 'Variations for Viola (or Clarinet) and Piano’ (undated); and a draft score in pencil, titled ‘Opus 17: Variations for Clarinet & Piano’ (dated 11 April 1963). The manuscript also contains a typed programme for the 99th Weekly College Concert of the University College Wales Department of Music, session 1963-64, held on 11th November 1963. The programme includes David Harries’ 'Opus 17: Variations for Viola and Piano' (1963); and 'Opus 5: Sonatina for Piano' (1955).
