Title deeds of Tyddyn Llechwedd yr Onn, Maes Y Gamdda and Cwm Rhydynog in the township of Gartheiniog and parish of Mallwyd, 1571-1674. They comprise the pre-nuptial settlement of Owen ap David ap Ieuan and Katherine vch Ieuan ap Jenkin ap John, 1571; a quitclaim by Gruffith ap Owen of Machynlleth to Rees Pugh, son of Francis Pughe of Llwydiarth, Merioneth, 1602; and an assignment of lease by Rees Meredith of Camlan, Merioneth (lessee of John Pughe of Llwydiarth) to Morris Hugh of Park, Montgomeryshire, 1674.

Title deeds for a tenement in the tenure of Maurice ap Jenkin ap Ieuan Gryth (Grydd) in Dyffryn Clarach in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1571-1584. They consist of mortgages by Richard Phillipps of Aberystwyth to John Pryse of Gogerddan, 1571, and to Richard Pryse, 1584, with defeasances.

Title deeds of houses and lands in the village and parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1571-1598. The properties include Tythyn Penydarren, purchased by John Pryse of Gogerddan, 1571; Tythyn Nant y Keyr and Tythyn y Keunant, in a family settlement of Edward ap John ap Ieuan Goch, 1571; Tythyn Aber Mynydd, 1581; Tythen Glann Tyenn, Tythyn Cwme Rydole, Tythen Bwa Drain, Tythen Pant Gwyn, Tythen Bryn Bras and Tythen Gelli Lechog, Llyest Nant Goredyn and Aber Hirnant, previously belonging to Gruffith ap Lle'n Vayne lately attainted for high treason, and assigned to Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1582; Llettyr Cawsty, Tyddyn Savodryn and Ystlys y Gors Velen, comprised in a family settlement of Watkyn Thomas, 1583/4; Tir David Lloyd ap Mer'edd, 1584; Tythin Bwlch y Brynar, 1589; Tuy Pant yr Hwch, 1592/3; Tythin Ieuan ap Howell ap Rees in Parsel Canol, in a fine levied to Richard Pryse in 1593; and Y Llyast Yn Y Vyghes Gay, 1596/7. Other transactions involve David Bedo ap Ieuan Goch, 1571, David Lloid Watkin and Morgan David Lloyd, 1577, Richard Phillipps of Aberystwyth, 1592/3, Richard Pryse of Gogerddan, 1582-1598, and others. Further documents include a bond for payment of a future widow’s annuity to Elen vch Richard wife of Watkin Thomas, out of Kefen Llwydiarth, Krugge Bran, Allt Fadog, etc. 1577; the wills of Lewes ap David of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1582/3, and David Lloyd ap Griffith ap Hoe'll, 1591; and marriage settlements of Edward ap Ieuan James and Marie vch Morys, 1585, and of Ievan ap Edward the younger, son of Edward ap John ap Moris, and Jonet vch Jenkyn Vaughan ap Ieuan Gytto Gwallter, 1590.

Dyffryn Clarach (Gwyrglodd Robin)

Title deeds of a meadow called Gwyrglodd Robin in Dyffryn Clarach in the parish of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1571-1603. They comprise mortgages of parts of the meadow by Richard Phillipps of Aberystwyth to John Pryse of Gogerddan, 1571, Richard Pryse, 1584, and Meredith David Lloid of Llanbadarn Fawr, 1597, followed by a sale by Richard Phillipps and his son Henry to Richard Pryse, 1602/3, with related bonds. There is also an assignment by Thomas Pryse of Glanfred, another mortgagee, to Richard Pryse, 1602.

A manuscript containing holograph cywyddau by Wiliam Cynwal written between 1572 (f. 6) and his death in 1588. The poems are accompanied by illustrations of their subjects' coats of arms.
