Order of the Court of Great Sessions for co. Caern. upon motion of defendant's counsel in an action of debt of £5 between William Prichard, plantiff, and Thomas Morris, defendant, that a judgement in the inferior court in the said action should be revived and the defendant discharged from custody.

Order of the quarter sessions of co. Caern. that the under-sheriff produce at the next court all the books of the hundred courts of the said co., it appearing that several illegal proceedings have been practiced in the said courts.
