A draft or copy of a letter from [?E. W.] to an unnamed correspondent, beginning, 'I have mentioned your premiums to the first vessels that should bring burnt lime to Aberystwyth, but the answer was invariably that they would not hazard such a thing for any premium whatever'. Submitting a few ideas that have occurred to him (the writer). Damaged.

A farmer holding a Patagonian conure (Cyanoliseus patagonus) by it's right wing. The farmer is holding a stick in his right hand on which the bird is perched. This may be the incident mentioned on page 148 of 'A Wider Sky' (Gomer1991). See also slide 4689/160.
