Three autograph letters from Ernest Rhys, two, dated 1905 and 1911, addressed to the magazine editor Clement Shorter (ff. 194-197), and one, dated 19 November 1930, addressed to Sir E. Vincent Evans, signed 'Rhys Goch' and enclosing a book (f. 198).
The letters contain references to the publication of Rhys' Lays of the Round Table (London, 1905) (ff. 194-195) and to W. B. Yeats (ff. 196-197).

Letters from Dannie Abse and Bernard Miles,

A letter, [14] August 1960 (received and stamped 15 August 1960), from the poet Dannie Abse to actor and theatre director Bernard Miles enclosing a copy of his book Tenants of the House: Poems 1951-1956 (New York, 1959). The letter is accompanied by a carbon copy of a typescript letter of acknowledgement from Bernard Miles, dated 16 August 1960.

John Petts letter,

A letter, 5 May 1968, from the artist John Petts to Eric Letts, engineer, thanking him for advice on metal coatings for a sculpture for a church in south Wales.
The sculpture, hitherto unidentified, is described as a 'steel figure' (f. 168), and may be the figure of the Risen Christ at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in Gorseinon, Swansea.
